3 Ingredient Fudge Brownies

You can use dark cocoa powder to really intensify the chocolate flavour and to mask the banana flavour if you're using bananas. This is one of those easy desserts you can whip up anytime for any occasion. All you do is melt your almond butter in a small bowl in your microwave or on the stovetop. Then mix the sweet potato, nut butter, and dark cocoa powder together really well. Next, you just put the mixture into a greased pan and bake in the oven. Once the brownies are baked, you can take them out of the oven and just make sure you allow them to cool completely before putting the frosting on otherwise it will melt all over. You can freeze them and then thaw them out too before you add the frosting. While you're waiting for them to cool, you can make one of the three kinds of frosting. There's a simple chocolate coconut frosting and all you need to make it is some coconut oil and chocolate chips. You simply heat the ingredients to mix them and then spread the frosting over the brownies once they're cooled.
There's also a cream cheese frosting and a protein powder frosting. The cream cheese frosting is not vegan of course unless you try using a vegan cream cheese like Daiya. Once you have your brownies frosted, they are ready to eat. You can also freeze these brownies with the frosting on and thaw them slightly which gives them an even fudgier texture.
