Carrot Cheesecake Bundt Cake
Here is a pretty appetizing bundt cake. I cannot help but chuckle every time I hear the word 'bundt cake' as it conjures up memories of the movie 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding' and the scene with the 'bundt cake'. It is so hilarious. Funny how some things just stick in your mind.There is nothing plain about this bundt cake. The recipe we are sharing from Shugary Sweets is made up of a moist carrot cake from scratch, filled with a sweet cream cheese, and iced with a cream cheese frosting sprinkled with chopped fresh pecan nuts.
