Chinese Pepper Steak

Chinese Pepper Steak is a flavorful combination of seasonings that you want to use often in your cooking. Besides using a great blend of red and green peppers and onions, this recipe uses both ginger and garlic to add fabulous flavor as well as terrific nutrition to this dish. This dish is also low in fat, but may be a bit high in sodium because of the use of soy sauce. The recipe offers great alternatives including low sodium soy sauce or chicken broth.
