This chocolate chip pie recipe might just be the best pie recipe you try. This easy pie recipe combines chocolate chip cookies into a warm and cookie pie, encased in a buttery, flakey pie crust. Natural brown sugar, whole cane sugar or raw sugar are sugars that retain a small to a large amount of their molasses from the mother liquor (this is the partially evaporated sugar cane juice). When based upon weight, brown cane sugar when it is fully refined can yield up to 70 percent white sugar, the degree depends on how much molasses remained in the sugar crystals.
