Cinnamon Rolls Cupcake
Just the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls baking could definitely make anyone want one! Try something different when you want a sweet cinnamon dessert, try out these Cinnamon Rolls Cupcakes! Cinnamon rolls are one of those tastes and smells that is so distinctive, you could be down the street or hall from someone making them and probably smell them baking, or in a mall shopping and smell the delicious scent coming from the food court all the way down the mall! It's one of those things you can taste immediately when you smell them and the smell just sticks in your mind!
Cinnamon rolls are wonderful, wonderful enough that they have even been made into cupcakes! So now you can have this all time favourite in the form of not only the traditional roll, but in the form of a cupcake too! These cupcakes do not use cinnamon roll dough, they use cake batter with some cinnamon in it for the cup cake and then they just use cream cheese for the icing of course! What would a cinnamon roll cupcake be without cream cheese icing after all! These would be awesome with a light dusting of cinnamon on top as well!
Cinnamon rolls or also known as cinnamon buns, are often served for breakfast or as a dessert, and are usually made out of a bread dough that has a cinnamon and syrup mixture spread on one side and then is rolled up with raisins or nuts in it, and then baked and topped with cream cheese icing or just left with the sticky sauce as the topping. They originated in Sweden, and they even have a day where they celebrate them on October 4th! There is even a French version that is more like a croissant! And now cupcakes!
