Coconut Sorbet

If you are like me, you will love this Coconut Sorbet recipe and want to give it a try as soon as possible! Coconut is definitely one of my favourite flavors of ice cream and anything. I even love my lotions to be coconut scented so that I can have that coconut vibe around as much as possible. Coconut just reminds me of the tropics and being in a nice warm place... When we lived in Mexico, my favourite thing was their coconut palletas which were coconut cream popsicles. They were made fresh right in the town and they were so so good! I am not sure if they made theirs with dairy cream too, but the nice thing about this recipe is that it doesn't use any dairy at all! Which is why it is a Sorbet instead of an ice cream.

This recipe is seriously so easy, and has all natural ingredients which I love. So it is actually really healthy for you! Coconuts are really nutrient dense, and offer so many things in one plant. Coconut has everything right in it, meat, milk, oil, and water. Plus a shell that you can make cool stuff out of! They are a really awesome source of good fats that are hard to find in anything else and the water is so full of electrolytes that hydrate and rejuvenate our whole systems! Now you have even more reasons to love coconuts than you may have before!

This Coconut Sorbet recipe posted on the House of Yumm by Serene is a must save for this summer, for a nice light and tropical flavour that will have you feeling like you are at a resort in the tropics!
