Chocolate cookies are definitely a favourite, and probably a runner up to the original plain chocolate chip cookies. The chocolate chip cookie was invented by Ruth Graves Wakefield, who owned the Toll House Inn restaurant, she would make cookies and serve them to the guests, eventually, her chocolate crunch cookie would become very famous. We all still enjoy chocolate chip cookies so good thing she invented them!

These cookies are a little different, only in that the dough doesn't even have flour in it! The result is a super chewy and light cookie, that is almost like a brownie, very rich in chocolate flavour. This would be a great alternative for people who have dietary restrictions because of health issues, and can't have any flour, usually because they can't eat wheat. It is better than trying to find the perfect kind of alternative flour like spelt, or coconut flour that works perfectly, and besides, those other kinds of flour cost so much money to buy!

These cookies are not only loaded with chocolate chips, but have a lot of cocoa in them so they are extra chocolatey! They would be amazing right out of the oven with some vanilla ice cream, you could always even heat them up in the microwave first too, if they aren't fresh out of the oven.
