Creamy Snickers Dip Recipe

This Creamy Snickers Dip Recipe uses the wonderful chocolate bar, the Snickers Bar. This bar blends peanuts, caramel, and chocolate in a smooth bar. It is fabulous. For those who do not like nuts, the Mars bar is quite similar in flavor, minus the nuts. This recipe includes peanut butter as part of the recipe, so you have to like the flavor of peanuts for this one to work for you.

Peanuts and natural peanut butter are a nutritious food. Peanuts contain the so-called good fats, and also resveratrol, a phenolic compound that contributes to your good health. This particular phenol is also found in red wine and red grapes. So eat your peanuts! This dip is great with fresh fruit, like apples and bananas, so you can rationalize eating this decadent treat because you are having fruit with it. Apples contain plenty of vitamins and minerals as do bananas. Both are great foods to include as part of your regular diet, too. You could also try orange slices with this dish or any fruit that chops up and can be held with your fingers.

This dish is so easy a kid can make it, so why not let yours try? They will be thrilled to learn how to make something so yummy, and your task will be to hold them back from making it every day! It is a great dish to bring to a summer picnic, a fun gathering of friends and family, or just to put out on some TV night when you want to spoil everyone with something that is junky, but tastes yummy. Eat this occasionally, not often, but when you do eat it, be sure to enjoy it fully!
