Ever just want a crispy addition to your sandwich or burger, like the kind they put on burgers and sandwiches in restaurants or just have as an appetizer? Well now you can make them yourself at home, try these Crispy Onion Strings With Sriracha Dipping Sauce! Deep fried food has become pretty popular in North America over the years, and while it's not the healthiest thing to eat, it sure tastes good and people really love it. Everything in moderation, right? These crispy little strings of onion that are the perfect snack or the perfect topping for burgers, salads, wraps or maybe even a baked potato!

These nice little onion strings are the perfect snack or appetizer too, kind of like calamari, but no chewy fish, only nice sweet onions inside! The sauce that they make to go with the onion strings sounds great too, its very simple, just ketchup and sriracha mixed with some other spices and herbs, that would suit these nice little onion snacks perfectly! The onions are even marinated in the hot sauce we all know and love, before they go into the batter and then get deep fried in a deep fryer. If you don't have a deep fryer, you might just be able to do them in a pan, but you just can't get the oil as hot as in a deep fryer.

Deep frying foods has become such a trend over the last few decades, and people even have deep fryers in their homes, even though I will occasionally eat deep fried foods when I am out, I would personally never own one at home, just because I would probably rarely use it. Did you know there are even such things as deep fried ice cream, or deep fried chocolate bars?! People can come up with the strangest things!
