If the liquid is any hotter, there is a high chance of the yeast causing to die which might not help the bread rise at all. If the yeast has been sitting in the fridge, make sure to bring it to room temperature before mixing it with liquid. Another important aspect of yeast is unless when mixed with a liquid yeast will start reducing its activity when it comes in direct contact with sugar or salt. Once you have followed the above instructions for yeast, you should be able to bake a simple bread recipe at home within a day’s time.
