Easy Million Dollar Spaghetti

Whenever you are considering making pasta always try to make extra since it always makes a quick meal and if you already have some ready to go then you can have a meal on the table in less than 15 minutes. If you are making extra pasta just boil it to the consistency you like and then quickly shock the pasta by running cold water over it to stop the cooking process that usually will continue if the pasta is not quickly cooled down. Once you have your pasta ready then add some canola oil, or the kind you prefer, but try not to coat it with extra virgin olive oil since that will thicken and that is not a great idea when storing it in the fridge. Once you are ready to add the pasta to the sauce of your choice just run hot water over the pasta for a couple of minutes and you are good to go.
If you are making sauce then always do the same thing and make some extra. Sauce can stay in the fridge for up to a week and it can be frozen and stay for up to a month if sealed properly.
