Easy One Bowl Banana Bread

'Waste not, want not' is another one of Grandmother's sayings and although it may be tempting to throw those black bananas in the trash, by taking a few minutes out of your day, you can whip up this tasty treat. You can also peel,mash and freeze ripe bananas if time just does not allow you to make the banana bread right away. This is one of those healthy baking recipes requiring very basic ingredients. You can substitute almond milk or coconut milk for regular milk if you are not eating dairy products. Healthy baking ideas allow you to provide fresh inexpensive snack foods for your family. Often after school or work you are looking for some kind of nutritious snacks for kids to enjoy and you can feel good about this banana bread as there is only 1/2 cup brown sugar in the entire recipe!
