This is a recipe called fried corn, but it is really more a creamed corn, made extra delicious by using fresh corn and home made ingredients. It is quick and easy to make and serves up beautifully against meats, chicken, fish and just about anything else you might put to it. It is also wonderful with smashed potatoes made with garlic and mushrooms. Yum.
