Garlic Herb and Parmesan Roasted Red Potatoes is by far one of the best ways to make your potatoes. With so many different ways to make potatoes, it can be hard to choose what to make out of them. You can fry them, mash them, boil them, grill them or roast them, like in this recipe. Sometimes people's favourite thing on the dinner table can be the potatoes, just like the author from The Brown Eyed Baker tells us about her uncle, who practically hoards these potatoes, and has ever since she was young and her grandmother would make these potatoes.

This Garlic Herb and Parmesan Roasted Red Potatoes recipe comes from the author's grandmother, who she says, would make them every Sunday for dinner. The whole family would get together for Sunday dinner and they all absolutely loved her potatoes. The best thing was how their grandmother would cut the potatoes, she cut them very irregularly, in a way that each and every potato got all of the flavours of the seasonings and the cheese on them. The author's sister is the only one besides their grama that can now cut them like that. But the author still makes them every Sunday for their home cooked Sunday dinners, and everyone still loves them just the same!

These potatoes are incredibly easy to make, and will fill your house with the aromas of herbs and garlic, and will become an all time favourite in your household just like they did for this family. Potatoes are a wonderful root vegetable to add to any meal. They are full of potassium and fill you up well because of all the starch and fibre. This is why they have always been a staple for meals, they grow abundantly and they also stay good for a long time!
