But if you are trying to eat less processed foods and need some inspiration to help you make some of your processed and packaged food favourites into meals that are made from scratch, then this is the post for you!
It is really quite simple to make a few servings of your favourite flavour of ramen noodle dish for lunches or dinners on the go. You don't need very many ingredients either. You basically just heat up the liquid to add to your jar of noodles and other soup ingredients. Its really as simple as that! You take a good soup base, like a bouillon cube or some miso paste, or soup base paste, and this will be the broth of your soup. Make sure that you are aware of sodium levels in all of these soup broths, and read the labels. You want something with more natural ingredients of course, and low sodium. You can always add sea salt if needed.
Then you choose your noodles, you can use any kind of noodles you like, ramen noodles, spaghetti noodles, vermicelli rice noodles, anything you like really! Then you just add your ingredients like chicken, or some other meat, vegetables and herbs and spices, remember everything must be cooked first before you add it in!
