3/4 cup natural coconut water
1 Tablespoon honey
In a nutri-bullet or blender put all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour and drink.
If you peel, chop and freeze your banana in a sealed container ahead of time it makes the smoothie colder and thicker.
