The BEST 3 Ingredient No-Bake Bars You Will Ever Eat
Some recipes take some tweaking to find the perfect combination and this for me has become the jackpot recipe! So long as you keep the basic structure in the right quantities 2:1:1 (nut butter, honey, coconut oil)..you can really play alot with the rest. My friend skips the chocolate and cacao powder and does a very peanut buttery bar that her family devours. I love the health benefits of the raw cacao powder, the chewy crunch the kamut puffs and this time with a sprinkling of goji berries for good measure. Play around and find a combination that suits you!

1 cup peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 cup honey (raw, unpasteurized)
*Note- 3 ingredients above are enough for the base of the bar...BUT....for the pictures shown, below are the other ingredients added. Feel free to add your own combos.
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup kamut puffs
1 Tablespoon goji berries
A sprinkle of sea salt
Place peanut butter, coconut oil and honey into a medium pot and slowly melt of low-medium heat.
Once melted stir in your goodies!
Pour into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with the tiniest bit of sea salt before putting into the fridge to set.
Once set, you can remove, flip onto cutting board and cut into squares.
Be sure to refrigerate since the coconut oil will melt and get messy pretty quickly out of the fridge.
