Crispy Baked Chicken Strips

This crispy baked chicken strips recipe is an excellent replacement to store-bought chicken strips, which often contain other ingredients rather than just chicken. These strips contain real chicken breast meat coated in a corn flake crust. This chicken breast recipe is so easy to prepare; it contains only four ingredients to create the perfect chicken strip with a generous crispy coating. Although most breaded chicken recipes may rely on frying and breadcrumbs, this version requires only the oven since the corn flakes are so crisp as they are. Baked chicken breast has a tendency to become dry, but these chicken strips won’t, because the crust helps to retain moisture.

Every chicken strip needs a dip, and two are provided for varying tastes. The honey mustard sauce is a mixture of cider vinegar, honey and two kinds of mustard. The BBQ sauce blends ketchup with brown sugar, cider vinegar and much more. These are the best dip recipes because they marry sweet, salty and tangy flavors in one bite.
