These Berry Oat and Nut Bars are made with fresh or frozen berries and some jam, with some oats and nuts including walnuts, pecans, and almonds. A fresh fruit dessert is great for someone who wants a healthier dessert option and they would be great to serve for any occasion. As always, try to get organic fruit for this recipe, and you can find jam that is made with organic fruit too, sometimes you can even find jam that is made with a little bit less sugar in it.
