Chicken and Mushrooms Marsala

6 mushrooms (medium size)
2 Tablespoons butter, divided
3 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
3 chicken thighs, deboned and skinned
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup (more of less) Marsala wine as needed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
A few sage leaves, whole
1 clove Garlic, whole
Peel the outer layer off the mushrooms and cut them first in half and then into thin even slices.
Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until softened then remove from the pan and set aside in a dish for later.
Put the flour onto a dish and powder each piece of chicken with flour.
Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan and brown the chicken on one side flipping when the upper side looks white.
Flip chicken and brown on other side.
Add mushrooms and a good splash of Marsala wine and sage and garlic clove.
Cook for 10-15 minutes adding more wine as needed.
Add salt and pepper at the end to taste and remove the garlic clove and sage when serving.
