This is a light and easy dessert to make when peaches are in season and their flavor is worth highlighting in a dessert. The Jack Daniels whiskey packs a bit of punch, and works really well with peaches, for some reason I have never really fully understood. The glaze contains more Jack Daniels so this treat might be best saved for adult evenings when the kids are off doing other things or in bed early (if that ever happens!).
