These No Bake Frozen Banana Bites are a healthier desert or snack option that are super easy to make and don't take up a lot of time to put together! With so many different desserts out there, it's hard to know which ones are good and which ones are not so good for you. Some of the ones that are packaged in the stores, list that they are sugar or fat free, but then they have aspartame, or higher levels of sugar to balance out the taste after taking the fat out. These foods are way worse than any natural fat or sugars from fruits could be, so it's important to know what you are consuming.
These banana bites are actually good for you! The chocolate, if you use a purer cacao based chocolate with not a lot of sugar in it, you are getting a great source of magnesium, which many people are deficient in. This unsweetened chocolate is also a great mood stimulator, and has a lot of feel good minerals in it that stimulate serotonin which is the chemical in the brain that makes us feel happy!
Bananas are awesome too, they are great sources of many vitamins and minerals including potassium which is really good for muscle function. The peanut butter is also a great choice because it has tons of protein in it and will help you to feel full because your body is getting lots of good nutrients.
