One Pot Skillet Lasagna
Now this is an awesome recipe! This amazing looking One Skillet Lasagna, is so simple even people who don't cook that much would have no problem at all making it! The beauty of recipes like this one, is that you don't have to use a bunch of dishes, and also, if you don't have an oven, if you live in a tiny home or a cabin or maybe you are camping, you can cook this meal all in a skillet on a stove top or maybe even on a grill over a fire! Talk about a versatile meal!
All you need is the usual ingredients you would find in a normal lasagna, or tweak it to your preferences. I would use either turkey meat or a veggie ground meat substitute for one I made. Cream cheese and spinach would also be amazing in this recipe, as would some more veggies and you could just leave the meat out of it! But its really up to you, and the original looks amazing just as is. Even the cheese in this one pot skillet lasagna melts on the stove top, so there totally isn't a need for an oven, which is great if its super hot out and you don't want to use your oven at all.
