Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
Parmesan crusted pork chops will result in a moist and delicious meat that is easy to make and great to eat. Pork today is so lean that it can sometimes actually become dried out when it is cooked. That is why it is important to watch the internal temperature of this meat when you cook it. The temperature pork should reach to be cooked is 160F. By covering it with something, as in this recipe, with a Parmesan crust blend, the moisture is trapped inside the meat and it cooks up tender, sweet and delicious.
