Red Wine Marinated Steaks
Summer time is always a time when people eat a lot of steak and other grilled favorites! Here is a delicious sounding recipe for Red wine rosemary marinated steaks! People love to grill up some steaks in the summer time, and even though most people just love a pretty plain steak that has light seasonings on it, it's always nice to try out different recipes, especially if you have people over and want to try something new out. The great thing about grilling steaks is that they don't take too long and dinner can be ready for everyone in a flash!
People always tend to be a bit picky when it comes to how they like their steak done. There are the people who love it really well done, even a bit charred, and then the people who like it medium rare with a little bit of pink inside, or the ones who like it rare, still red with the blood still juicing out of it. I am not a steak or beef fan at all, so I can't really say either way honestly. But it is common for people to be pretty picky about how their beef is cooked.
This marinade would be a great one for a steak, and there is really no wrong way to do it at all. Just as long as the meat can sit in the marinade for at least 4 hours or longer if you have the time. The red wine marinade is perfect because the wine tenderizes the meat as it marinates. Wine has a really high acidity level, so this is why it's able to break down the meat to make it tender over time. This makes for a good steak all across the board, is what the author of this recipe writes. Give this recipe a try the next time you grill up your steaks!
