Simply cut the potato into chunks with eyes on them and you can plant them in the ground in hill formations over top, and keep watering the hills daily to sprout your own potato plant. When it is time to harvest, which usually takes about 10 weeks or so, gently dig into the soil to dig up your little potato treasures.
