So all you'll need is two packages of a good turkey or chicken sausage, and then you'll cut it into 1.5-inch pieces. You'll also need some of your favourite barbeque sauce, or you can easily make some yourself with some ketchup, sweetener, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and some paprika or cayenne for spice. You'll also need the apricot jam for the sweet and some Sriracha Hot Sauce for the spice. You can also make your own hot sauce with some cayenne powder, or you can use any hot sauce you have around. You'll also add in some water to make the sauce easy to spread out over the sausage. Then, you simply add everything to the slow cooker and cook it on low for 5 to 6 hours and increase the heat to high for the last 30 minutes. Or, you can also cook it on high if you're in a hurry for 3 to 4 hours. When the sausage is done simmering and cooking, you can take it out and serve it up as a meal, or you can put the sausage bites on a plate with some toothpicks in them for easy eating.
