Yum! If you love chicken, honey, garlic, and a little spice thrown in for good measure, then here’s a wonderful new recipe to drool over. It’s one for Honey Garlic Sriracha Drumsticks and we’re pretty excited about it!Chicken, honey, and garlic go so well together – it’s definitely one of those culinary matches made in Heaven! But now we have a fourth ingredient to add to the mix – one that’s bound to shake things up forever, and take them all to the next level. What could that possibly be? Why, it’s Siracha, of course!

What, exactly, is Siracha, you might be asking! It’s a kind of hot sauce, similar to Tabasco, but hailing from Thailand rather than Avery Island in Louisiana, where Tabasco sauce is made. Siracha Sauce was named after the coastal city of Si Racha, its place of origin, and it is made from blending chili pepper paste with vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. A little hint about the honey, garlic, and Siracha basting sauce for the recipe? You might want to make a double batch! Basting your drumsticks is going to take up a lot of it, and you might want to have some left over to dip in! Another hint is to use organic chicken for this recipe, even though it doesn’t call for it. It’s always a great idea to go organic, especially when we are cooking meat. And truly, there’s no substitute for organic chicken! This lovely recipe comes to us from Linda over at the “With a Blast” website! Linda is from Johannesburg, South Africa, and she is cooking up the perfect storm.
