Britni from Happy Mamma Tales shares her glass stove cleaning tips with us where she only uses three ingredients to clean her glass stovetop. This cleaning solution is gentle enough to use on your glass stovetop every day, but it's also tough enough to get rid of all the nasty burnt on grime. This will deep clean your glass cooktop and you probably already have all of the ingredients she uses for these cleaning tips.
It's always nice to have a clean kitchen so cleaning your stove should be part of that cleaning routine. When your kitchen is clean, and all of the surfaces are wiped down and bare, you tend to feel more like making meals, and you enjoy being in your kitchen more too. So Britni also has some great cleaning tips for you when it comes to cleaning your kitchen the efficient way. It's a good idea to start out by clearing off all of your counters so you can clean the counters by giving them a good wipe down. Just use whichever cleaner you like best and if you want a natural cleaning solution just mix half water and half vinegar in a spray bottle with some essential oils in it. This will be tough enough to cut through any grease plus it will also disinfect your countertops. Just be careful when using vinegar on any stone countertops though. You may just want to use some water with dish soap in it for them.
Then, when you get to your glass stovetop, take some dish soap and drip some onto your cooktop. Then, add some baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Once you have all of those ingredients on your cooktop, you can take a gentle scrubbing pad and start scrubbing your glass cooktop. You can also use a microfibre cloth to scrub the area or a dishcloth. Once you've scrubbed the cleaners around a bit and they are covering the surface of the cooktop, allow them to sit for 10 minutes or more and then scrub some more if need be to get off any persistent gunk. Then, you can rinse off all of the cleaning solution and polish the glass so that there are no streaks left behind. Britni uses a microfiber cloth so that there is no lint left behind. You can also use similar ingredients to clean the inside of your oven as well. Just use some baking soda and water to make a paste and then spread it all over the inside of your oven. Let it sit overnight and then take your vinegar and water spray and spray it all over the inside and scrub. These natural ingredients work wonders on cleaning different areas of your home so try them out on tiles and in your bathtub too.***
