Super Simple Cucumber and Onion Salad

This summer, cucumber salads are all the rage. We see creamy cucumber salad recipes, crunchy cucumber salad recipes and in this case a super simple cucumber salad recipe that you can whip up with minimal ingredients and time. This cucumber salad recipe pairs well with just about any meal, but is particularly delicious alongside a spicy Indian inspired main dish.
