Sweet and Tangy Broccoli Slaw
Salad recipes are always a nice thing to have on hand, its great to have new flavours at the dinner table and to bring to BBQs and dinners. Try out this Sweet and Tangy Broccoli Slaw the next time you have a BBQ or bring it to a BBQ next time you go to one! Cole slaw is always a welcome sight at a BBQ spread, but sometimes the same old recipes get boring, and although people will always love the classic, it is fun to spice things up a bit and bring one that no one may have tried before!
This Sweet and Tangy Broccoli Slaw, also has no cabbage in it like the traditional cole slaws do, so its great if people don't like cabbage or, as for some people, it may give them stomach troubles... so it is best for them to stay away from it. So this salad would be a welcome sight for those not in favour of cabbage! This salad is also a great use for those broccoli stalks that no one ever knows what to do with. There are still so many nutrients in them, so its a shame to throw them away, and this gives you something to use them for! To save time, you can find them pre shredded sometimes at the store, but why buy them when you can do it yourself at home, unless you are short on time of course.
The slaw pretty much has everything else in it, except the cabbage! It looks so perfect and creamy, and it would be awesome next to some potato salad and some ribs or even some sausages or steak! If you love cole slaw, that you will probably love this great new spin on a all time favourite classic recipe!
