Thai food is awesome, it is super delicious and also is pretty affordable, plus it is usually made with all natural ingredients! Why not try out this Thai Pineapple Peanut Chicken Satay for dinner one night soon? This recipe looks so good, it is making me hungry for some Thai food! Thai food, coming from Thailand, is very basic and nutritional food that usually consists of a lot of vegetables and meats in great sauces, like this pineapple peanut satay sauce, or green, red or yellow curry sauces that are out of this world! Usually served with rice or noodles to soak up the flavours of the sauces. It is definitely one of my favourite kinds of food.

This Thai Pineapple Peanut Chicken Satay, seems like it would be fairly simple to make, and that pretty much everyone would love it! As long as they didn't have a peanut allergy or something of course. This recipe has pineapple right on the skewers with the chicken and then all of it is marinated in a delicious peanut pineapple sauce that has ginger, soy, brown sugar and of course, pineapple juice and sriracha, to give it a nice spicy warmth to it! Sounds really good, doesn't it?

This recipe is great for serving over rice, or, as I have seen in other recipes, in lettuce wraps, as little bites of goodness where you can taste all of the awesome flavours right there, without being mixed in with the rice. More people are becoming interested in exotic foods from other countries, and as people travel more, and try the food in other places, they start wanting to bring these flavours home to share with their family and friends. That is definitely one of my favourite parts of traveling, is eating the local food! Try this pineapple chicken for yourself!
